Multi-Disciplinary Artist

Mona Frye

This is our final ArtTalk of the 2025 Program. November is reserved for Association election of officers and December is the annual Lakes Region Art Association Christmas Party. The 2026 ArtTalk program will commence on January 19th at 7:00PM.

Mona Frye is a multidisciplinary artist who turns creativity into community. She led a public mural in Springfield, VT and founded the Springfield Art Gym. Her work spans wearable art and event face painting, and she authored/illustrated a self-discovery coloring journal that fosters reflection and healing. When not teaching, she designs one-of-a-kind jewelry, paints canvas shoes, and creates mixed-media collages and clay sculpture. Mona lives in Meredith, NH with her musician husband, Scott; in their “third act,” they savor each day and say yes to art-filled adventures.
