The gallery offers watercolor, pastel, photography, and other creative classes throughout the year. Whether you're just beginning or looking to refine your skills, our instructors provide welcoming and supportive instruction.
Drawing
Saturday Morning Drawing with Tom Hitchcock
Pencil Drawing and Painting in acrylics will be the key subjects with some Art History taught as well.
Cost is $30 per 2 hour session which includes ALL art materials.
This class is for very serious art students ages 12 to 80.

Watercolor Workshop with Pat Edsall
Watercolor Workshops 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of each month
Workshops include beginner to experienced artists. Join our fun workshops where you experience learning techniques and creating your style with confidence. Bring your pigments and brushes. Pat supplies the paper. Fee is: $40 per workshop.
All workshops are 1 pm - 3 pm.

Watercolor
Watercolor Workout Class with Stephanie McQuade
Class held on 5 consecutive Tuesdays each session
Watercolor Workout is a fun, supportive 5-week practice class designed specifically for painters who’ve completed a beginner watercolor course (or done lots of online tutorials) but aren’t quite ready to jump into intermediate level work. Each week features a brand-new painting—drawn and ready for you on high-quality watercolor paper—so you can dive straight into painting without the stress of sketching or planning.
This “workout” focuses on building confidence and strengthening skills through guided exercises, live demonstrations, and plenty of painting time with real-time feedback from the instructor. Whether you want to keep the momentum going or finally have someone right there to answer questions as you paint, this class bridges the gap perfectly.
Sessions run Tuesday at 1:00 pm starting March 24, 2026—come get your watercolor muscles in shape!

Pastels Beyond Basics with Stephanie McQuade
Class held on 5 consecutive Tuesdays each session
Pastels Beyond Basics - Ready to level up your soft pastel skills? This 5-week course is for students with some prior experience—those comfortable with basic application, blending, and handling pastels—who want to build confidence, refine techniques, and develop a stronger personal style. Bring your own reference images (photos, sketches, or inspirations) and choose your path: focus deeply on one major project over the five weeks for thoughtful layering and refinement, or create five separate pieces to explore different subjects and approaches. Either way, you'll have the freedom to experiment and grow.
